I would check in the front or back of the guide, I'm almost positive these
items are individually licensed..which means you cannot transfer ownership.
It's pretty much the same as making a copy and giving it to your buddy.
Except in this case you are selling a copy to someone else after you already
used it.
Selling used training materials in just about every case I've seen is not
very kosher.
