Its still not working guys...
Ive managed to isolate the problem to the side of the 3640, but thats the
most ive got for now.
ive issued a clock rate on the 3640 side, but to no avail. Funny thing is,
all other interfaces ive connected work just fine. Could this be the serial
interface module failing up on me or what?
Ive reverted to the default hdlc encap on all interfaces, and all 2 other
connected interfaces just work fine. but this one in particular keeps
flapping!
