AAA and logging

Hi there.

I have enabled AAA on a router and switch. And that seems to work just
fine. But is there a way to log failed attempts on the router/switch when
the RADIUS/TACACS server is not available?

I have tried with:

aaa accounting send stop-record authentication failure

But nothing seems to show up in the log files when doing a "logging
buffered" on the router.

Any suggestions?
