Switch port access and Trunk port at the same time

Hello GS

found this in the one of the Data center center Core Switch I am working on,
the port is connected to a Cisco blade server switch.

what will be the motive of having access as well as trunk configs on the
same port

interface GigabitEthernet10/47
 switchport
 switchport access vlan 3
 switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
 switchport mode trunk
 no ip address
 spanning-tree portfast
 channel-group 2 mode on
end
