The whole "CCDE Beta" is surrounded by NDA. If you are a CCIE and want
to join in the beta, shoot me an email, and I'll forward it on to the
beta team. I think they may still be letting folks participate in the
program. There is no pre-req, but all of the other beta members I've met
so far are CCIEs. (I'm not saying there aren't people involved in the
beta program that are not CCIEs, I'm just saying the ones I've met so
far ARE CCIEs)
