The following are configured on R5 to decrease the distance to
139.1.0.0received from
150.1.2.2
access-list 1 permit 139.1.0.0
distance 109 150.1.2.2 0.0.0.0 1
However, R5 would decrease the distance for the route received from
150.1.1.1 also.
