You can either do this in (1) CUE or (2) CME.
Option (1) is to set the primary e164 number field for User 1 to be 5802.
The primary extension would still be 5801.
Option (2) is to use a voice translation-profile- see example below.
voice translation-rule 1
rule 1 /5802/ /5801/

Subject: CME with CUE question
Hi Group,
I have a case regarding a CME router with CUE module.
The IP phones have extension range 5801 - 5810, e.g. Phone 1 is 5801, Phone
2 is 5802.
Phone 1 have mailbox in CUE while Phone 2 have not.
If user of Phone 2 is out-of-office, they want to perform call forward all
function with the number 75801, if someone call 5802, the call will be
forwarded directly to 5801's voicemail box and let caller leaves a message.
Does anyone know how to config that in CUE? Or I need to order Unity
instead?
BR.
Albert
