OT: MAC Address Tool

Does anyone know of a tool or software that can do the following?

Scan a network for MAC Addresses and relate them to the company who owns
those MAC Addresses. Also, if there is a tool that tell what ports their
communicating on.

For example...

10.1.10.50 00-00-00-00-00 etc, = HP, communicating across a printer port
etc.
