Probably not too many of the ones with numbers after the time CCNA was
created...
How many people are brave enough to take the "CCIE Written" (for years this
threw chills up my spine agonizing over what a token RIF was, LOL) having
never even seen the measly CCNA...
Well, many celebrities first credit card was the AMEX black card. So it's
quite often one starts at the top...

Ok....so as you well know that you do not need to have any certification in
order to obtain your CCIE big Title....I just wonder how many CCIE's out
there do not have any cisco certification except their's CCIEs....any one

Cisco is correct. You need CCNA for any professional level exam.
For CCIE, yo do not need anything.
CCIE Written will help to recertify any prfoessional level exam, IF, you are
already a CCxP.
