Subodh,
This person had a rack session and a mock lab scheduled for the same
time slot on the same day. Since having a rack rental session and
mock lab session scheduled for the exact same time slot is highly
unusual when the scheduling system removed the rack rental session
due to his rescheduling request it also removed his mock lab
session. It's not a support issue it's a bug in our scheduling
system that will need to be resolved Monday.
