Hi Bajo

I taken it not from the configuration but from the command guide as you can
see it is not in any reference to any context, it is mentioned as a general
note under the usage guideline:

This is what made me a little confused as I know of the argument of why and
where to put a EIGRP Stub but the command reference note is a little
confusing.
