OT: EIGRP neighbor reset because of ACL or prefix list change?

Hi all,

I had a quick question in regards to EIGRP - as far as I can recall Cisco
put a fix in newer version of IOS to stop EIGRP from resetting peer
relationship whenever there is any change(s) done on the prefix list and/or
ACL. Can someone pls tell me if it is true and if so, which version of IOS
should have the fix? Pls let me know whenever you can. TIA.
