Hi GS,

I was stuck on some issue with pim auto announcement issue over serial
interface for one of my router. I am not sure it is software bug or
serial link is not suppose working well?
it is serial point to point link so ip pim nbma-mode is not needed.

I created Ethernet link to that box and ip pim rp mapping worked right
away and shut down the interface and no rp mapping, though i have full
reachability to that router interface.

anyone had that problem?
