Hello Experts,
When configuring frame-relay bridging in a hub and spoke frame-relay
setup, is it necessary to configure bridging on the spoke routers as
well?
Say you have a hub and spoke frame-relay with R1 as the hub like so:
R2
/
R1
\
R3
Task states to configure R1 to bridge frame-relay packets between R2 and R3.
Is it necessary to also configure bridging on the endpoints R2 and R3?
I would think not because R1 is doing the bridging, yet I cannot make
it work without configuring bridging on R2 and R3 as per the solution
guide.
This is from IE lab 20 task 2.2.
Thanks,
Greg
