Hi Syed,
The most probable answer is because the destinations are routed by ASICS at the same hardware instead of switched by main processor, so you will not see this traffic. In order to see it, you can disable "ip cef" and then everything should be routed and delete all dynamic mac entries.

Hi All,

        I am working SPAN. I notice when you do

Monitor session 1 source vlan 10 rx

Monitor session 1 detination int f0/0

And when you ping within this vlan 10 that is from 10.0.0.1 to 10.0.0.2, it
does NOT send anything to the destination port. But when you ping
255.255.255.255 I can receive the traffic on the destination port. Why is
so?
