according to the IPv6 IP's it looks like you are working with IEWB.

I suggest you will look closely into the question I think they refer to the
last 2 IPv6 address to be summarized and not also the 2001:192:10:1::/64

2001:CC1E:1:5::/64
2001:CC1E:1:0000000000000101::/64
2001:CC1E:1:0000000000100101::/64
2001:CC1E:1::/58

I think if you look in the solution guide you see that that is the summary
they wanted and you can know that by there wording, they usually ask to
summarize the advertised networks by the Backbone routers.
