Hi, Navid.
In this case, shutdown on SW2's interface Fa0/20 is enough. SW2's Fa0/20
and SW4's Fa0/17 is directly connected, so interface Fa0/17 on SW4 is in
down state of course.
But in real life it is the best practice to shutdown all unused
interfaces. As for the real lab exam, you should always clarify this
matter with your proctor.
