NO BPDU-FIlter disabled by default, the below show spanning-tree
interface x/x detail from one of 3560 catalysts with default
configurations, i beleive there is something wrong in your
configurations, because the received BPDU is so high which is not normal
unless the port is trunk, so please check your config because by default
the BPDU-Filter/Guard is disbaled.

 Port 6 (FastEthernet0/4) of VLAN0020 is forwarding
Port path cost 19, Port priority 128, Port Identifier 128.6.
Designated root has priority 32788, address 001b.904f.cc00
Designated bridge has priority 32788, address 001b.904f.cc00
Designated port id is 128.6, designated path cost 0
Timers: message age 0, forward delay 0, hold 0
Number of transitions to forwarding state: 1
The port is in the portfast mode
Link type is point-to-point by default
      BPDU: sent 5978045, received 0

        Hi Experts,

One Confusion in the Doc Cd, it is written that BPDU filtering
is
disabled by default as far as 3560's are concerned, but when i
see the
output of the sh span int f0/10 detail, it shows for every port
even if
        it is trunk :-
