It's the simple math.
5 out of 25 mean 1 in every 5.

Hope this makes sense to find out the denominator.

I have a query , if a question asks you to implement RED as QOS policy and
asks you to set drop 5 out of every 25 packets what should be the MDP.

The answer says it to be 5 , i think it should be 20.

Help me understand if I m misinterpretting something.
