The Igmp access-group command is for a ROUTED PORT, and the igmp filter
command is for a SWITCHED PORT.

Both are using for filtering, but the access-group one is used in a layer 3
port, who can filter for the entire lan segment who is connected to.

If you have a scenario where in a given lan you want to filter only to some
hosts the access to a a give multicast stream, you can filter them directly at
the switch layer 2 port with the igmp profile.
