Well, regarding your third question, if the task requirement said to
configure it according to the diagram, then you should have put the IP
on the switch port. All of those Lab Dos and Don'ts have the qualifier
"unless otherwise specified" at the end of them ;) Maybe there was
something in the EIGRP section about where you were/were not allowed
to send hellos from?
