Another point to keep in mind is wether you are bursting or not. And
typically, you would gather all this information from the question as
this would make you decide what tool you need to use the best for the
scenario in question.
If you are not bursting at all, then obviously, CIR = PIR and Be = 0.
Which means Bc = Cir * Tc
PIR is when you are required to configure *sustained* excessive
bursting (i think thats the term i learnt from Odom). If you can read
through the chapter on Odom, you will be glad u did.
