You can change the distance of those external Eigrp routes lower then 120 on the routers running both protocols or you can use distribute lists on those routers running both protocols to prevent the RIP routes from EIGRP from being installed in the route table. This will prevent the routes from being installed in the route table and taking over the EIGRP ones and prevent RIP from advertising it back to EIGRP, where it learned them all from.
