Well that was nothing but a big mess created by moi. At some point earlier
I had some etherchannel problems and got which ports went with which
channels confused. I actually move ports that were in po13 to po14 and then
never caught it. po13 went to sw2 not sw4 po13 still had one port so showed
as up and I didn't catch it with show etherchannel ports. Thanks for all
the help for all the good it did me.
