I cannot agree.
Lets do some math based on the following assumptions:
1: IGP and Switching sections' point values are between 18-30.
2: QoS and Security sections have no more than 15 points each.
If we assume that the total points of the other 3 session (IP/IOS Features,Multicast,IP EGP Protocols) are less than 35 points, the remaining 6 possibilities are as below:

QoS 5/8

However, Cisco has this to say:
"Before requesting a reread, consider that, historically, only 0.3% of exams
have been changed from Fail to Pass. "

A reread costs $250 whiles another resit would cost $1,400. Taking the risk
of a reread could be worth your while in view of the closeness of your
present scores to a pass. Nevertheless, the chances of been graded with
a Fail once again is 99.7%.
It's a tough decision to make here. Listen to other suggestions that others
in the group would contribute on this matter and make a more informed
decision.
