What is Unprotected Access Detected State in CSA used for?

Hi Group,

In Cisco Security Agent Management Console -> Configuration -> System State,
there's an option: Unprotected Access Detected which has 3 choices: don't
care, yes and no.

What is this option used for? I've read many CSA documents but can't
understand it.
