Luan,

I second your opinion about IE products and support.

The former are excellent, the latter, well, let's say, not so much.

But, maybe, now that Scott has joined the team, IE's support will become as
fantastic as their products.

Congratulation on your new job Scott. Not sure it's bad or good, but you
now serve as inspiration for me to go out and get a new job :)
AND make me buy IE products again...the Brians are great, IE products are
great -no problem there...just had a little run in with support and told the
sale guy never to buy IE stuffs again :P
it's good to have fans follow you around eh? :)
