Maybe Vancouver or Alberta(calgary/edmonton) a better choice.

Toronto ? not too sure. With 2 degrees, several certifications, 8+yrs
experience. As an immigrant, I still find it hard to secure a good paying
job here in Toronto.

I plan on relocating to Alberta soon.

So, do your research before you relocate to here.
