Hi,
It seems R5 never gets a response from the DHCP server. This might be a
transient connectivity problem, when you're bringing interface between R4
down and then up again. For a few moments, the route to 45.0/24 subnet may
be removed from routing table of R1, resulting in DHCP server temporary
unable to respond to the DHCP relay. To ensure this problem is not tied to
the IGP issue, configure a static route towards 45.0/24 subnet on R1
pointing to R5.
