ALTERNATIVE
you dont have to configure a tunnel.
u could use sparse mode btw d routers in the FR cloud and use pim nbma mode
on the hub.

u might use a tunnel in order not to starve out other unicast traffic going
through the hub since multicast uses a priority hardware queue

or may be cos it is easier to configure but
