Just a thought here::
Are you using ISIS or OSPF (in case of ISIS do you have metric wide enabled?)
do you have MPLS TE Enabled on the global on the interfaces ? on the
routing process ?
Are you using BW Reservations or Interfaces Attributes ? both?
is the tunnel (Dynamic|Explicit) path getting a PCALC Error?
try moving the tunnel destination hop by hop towards the final
destination to see if there is any error
Many questions could be asked here for this topic, please can you post
your configurations and topology to have a clear picture of what the
problem could be ?
Anyways this are some off my Bookmarks about this:

MPLS TE tutorial by Pete Templin,

Also this book, has a step by step process that you can follow to see
what could be wrongly configured on your devices.
