First off, sorry to hear about your last attempt. Better luck next time.

They've been migrating documentation for a while. I was actually blocked
from the 3550 documentation when I passed back in Sept 07, since it had
already been migrated, but the filters had not yet been updated. Did I
freak out just a little?? Yep.

In any case, the new docs are easy to follow, especially if you've been
around Cisco's website for any length of time. And I doubt anyone will
still have the blocking issues I had.
