Hi, Experts,
i have a core cisco 4500 with virtual interface int vlan 2 ip 10.10.2.1 created
for inter vlan routing ,1 of the access switch
(10.10.2.2) management ip is connected to core by trunk with dot1q on
cisco4500 and on hp switch (access switch) as with a tagged command on the
vlan 2
untagged 1-48------------switch port access vlan command for cisco
ip add ------------ip add for the interface
tagged 49-50-----------and the trunk command for the vlan
specific vlan to passed the vlan.This access switch is connected to wireless
device (not cisco)which is connecting to remote branch access switch of hp
which is having a ip of 10.10.2.3.From the remote branch access switch i m
able to ping the access switch 10.10.2.2 but i m unable to ping the core(
10.10.2.1)?,I have tried every possibilities but i lose all hopes any one
can help me who has good hands-on on Hp switches.U can c above the ip's r in
1 subnet still i m not able to ping the core,
and the strange thing is that i m able to ping the core and all devices in
the network from the access switch(10.10.2.2)which is connected by trunk
dot1q to the core.but i m unable to ping from the remote branch.
please help its urgent
