BGP : advertisement-interval

Hi Group

BGP advertisement interval CLI :

To set the minimum interval between the sending of BGP routing
updates, use the neighbor advertisement-interval command in address
family or router configuration mode.

Now it is 30 sec for external peer and 5 for internal peer ..

My question is :

if I say

neighbor <10.4.4.4> advertisement-interval 60

60 is interval for EBGP peer and 10 for IBGP peer
or
60 is interval for IBGP peer and 360 for EBGP peer

Documentation is not clear .. hence the question

Thnx
