I believe there was a discussion on here earlier in the week that the term
'limit' implied a policing action (or rate limiting) not shaping since
policing is a gauranteed 'maximum' amount that comes with policing.

if i want to limit all video and audio traffic to 10k.
Policing, rate limiting or shape average will be the answer? i am trying to
