Robert,
You claim that you got your first CCIE yet you are asking for discount codes for your next one? I am not the one that needs to grow up.
First there are no discount codes. Second any form of unethical behavior like this is grounds to take away your number (if you really have one) and yes Cisco does monitor this list.
