Hello All,

Can someone please provide me with a detailed and straight forward steps on
the above subject. I googled this but the response I got are not what I
really want. I need someone who has done this before to please give me an
expert view on this. Things like person in-charge of CLP, contact
details,requirements, pre-requisites,etc.
