Yeah the right is 192 K coz it's mention in the qustion
ensure that you are not oversubscribing your frame-relay circuits limit all
other DLCIs on R4 and R4 to rate equal to* half of the remaining bandwidth
(PORT SPEED MINUS THE PROVISIONED CIR)*
so
provisioned CIR = 128
the AR= 512
512 - 128 = 384 K
383/2 = 192 K (Half of the remaining)
