I just did this in a lab task. The task asked you to make sure telnet traffic sourced from a specific host and destined for a specific subnet would be routed through a certain router. 
I configured an extended ACL, match it in a route-map and called the route-map from the incoming interface using ip policy. I am honestly did not really test it though, let me see...

Is it possible to PBR via an extended ACL (100 - 199). As such both source and 
destination must match in order to PBR, else go lookup the routing table? 
Anyone had it working coz I couldn't get mine on a dynamips. 
Need to clarify if its my bug or not possible at all.
