Hello Experts,
i have 3 routers as seen below
172.28.250.1    172.28.250.2
 ( A ) ======  ( B )

     172.28.250.12
My ntp master's are A& B with stratm 3 and C is the client with stratum 4
C is syn with B but when i shut the NTP source  interface lo0 on B it doesnt
switchover to A?
