I agree with Julian, you are asking the original author to break the NDA, you should be banned from the list as it is clear that you are using the list for purposes other than learning the technologies. You have no intention to uphold the NDA.
As for the Internetworkexpert simulation, please provide more information to support your claim that it is against Cisco's policy? And second to even pretend that you are not aware that the other material is banned just underline the desperate need for a ccie hall of shame.
