Hmmm... strange... Well, then their answer makes sense, with the
condition that BSCI and BCMSN are covered by the CCIE theory exam
(although it doesn't explicitly say that).

I agree with Marco though. First pass the ARCH, and if you're not CCDP
then, then pass the DSGN exam too.
