when a router is power on , in start keep pressing "space bar", you will get
"OK" prompt,
then write "boot -s" to boot in single prompt , eventually you will get
"enter full pathname of shell or 'recovery' for root password recovery or
return for /bin/sh:
here you have to press "enter", you will get "#" prompt
then type "kldload syscall.ko" and press enter
then press ctrl+d for multiuser mode
it may ask you to clean file system, if it does, you need to enter "fsck" on
# prompt
finally you need to press ctrl+d, the router will take you to the login
prompt, after login you will get shell prompt "%"
here you need to run :
sysctl dev.em.0.fix_em_multicast=1
sysctl dev.em.1.fix_em_multicast=1
sysctl dev.em.2.fix_em_multicast=1
sysctl dev.em.3.fix_em_multicast=1
then enjoy multicasting...
