Are your user's the Dell support team? I know if I was working for Dell
support and I put a caller on hold that's what I'd want my customers to
hear. Now if your customer is HP support. ;)

Sometimes when I reboot my laptop the Internet goes down - so if you
experience a loss of Internet connectivity it will be OK in a couple minutes
once my laptop reboots.
Actually my troubleshooting scenario of the day is a voice issue:
When a user puts a PSTN caller on hold, intermittently the user will hear a
recording welcoming them to Dell Support. This does not happen every call
nor is it isolated to one phone or DN.
I love networking!!!

Yeah, every time you get those emails and go off to work on it, Groupstudy
goes quiet for a few hours, Larry.
I, for one, am happiest when your customers stop doing stupid things so we
can keep the conversation rolling. ;)

Scott has a good point. I get the network is down calls all day. I play
Columbo and find out that one user cannot open an email with a blobked
attachment. I love my job:-)
