      I did my lab in SJ in November. There was equipment fired up in open
racks all around the room. I didn't look at the exact nature of the gear. I
just assumed it was ours. So you are saying that the R&S gear is in another
room or building on the campus?

That would be every location now then.  All equipment (at least for R&S)
has been removed.  It exists in a separate area/building in San Jose.
Remotely managed/maintained/accessed now.
