Hi Nick,

You couldn't find a customer service address at their site so you decided to
send to GS?
You did copy Jared in the mail, didn't you? It's also possible to find
addresses of other IPEx instructors and engineers on this list.
So why did you have to post on GS for all to know that your name was pasted
at the IPEx site against your will?

I don't think IEX, IPEx or any other vendor have letters from each passed
candidate that expressly states that they should place their names on their
sites.

Besides, you admitted using IPEx products. Whether the product was free or
not does not matter. Whether the product helped you pass your exam or not is
another thing. The bottom line is you used their product, they are happy to
see you pass the lab, and they felt they had contributed to your success.

I believe Jared would follow up with your request. But please polish up your
netiquettes.
