RE: PIM over Tunnel in 3560

GRE Tunnels aren't officially supported on the 3560. It is in the code and
that is all. It was removed at one point, but too many complained. They are
just stating that all multicast on the tunnel interface will be punted to
software, performance overall will suffer if you are trying to push any real
load.
