it's really easy:
1) you must be sponsored by clp/clsp.
2) you must have 5+ years of technical experience (not really checked)
3) you must have 1+ year of CCSI experience
4) you must be master of ICND1 :) (not really checked)
5) you must pass online TTT

i think that is all.
