Hi Nauman,
basically the difference between modify BW or delay and offset list with
EIGRP is to affect the path choosen only for a route or all the routes for
the path.

BUT, variance is used for include some path previously excluded because the
RP for this path is biggest than FD for the main one. If you one to enlarge
the path choices then you can modify this behavior using variance.
