Amin,
I typically use audacity to manipulate prompts and MOH and then save it using windows recorder for the final CCITT stamp.
With CUE enabled though, I would use AVT.  Just create another trigger (7001, for example) and record your prompts there.  I would recommend using 1 or 2 series phone as the MIC will be better.
